Cannot access 1 year free 3CX hosted PBX

Hello,

I have not been able to access my 3CX hosted instance for a while. I've pinged my FQDN and tried to access it multiple times from different locations, and it will not show up.

How am I able to access my hosted 3CX instance to reboot it?

If you hadn't access/made calls on the instance for a while 3CX automatically shuts them down. If that's not the case you'll need 3CX to intervene. @YiannisH_3CX can help
