Hi,

I cannot access the management console outside of the network or provision mobile phones using QR code!

  • I have the Debian v1.0 version of 3CX installed.
  • We are using fresh install of 3CX 15.5.0
  • I have a static IP
  • Firewall ports checked and all green ticks
  • We can make and receive phonecalls from Mobile and Remote office
  • Can also provision mobile devices using the config file.
  • I have run nslookup and it returned the correct IP
  • Tried resetting the DNS records by changing from static to dynamic and back to static (left 24 hours to propagate)

Have you opened up port 5001 on the firewall - Firewall checker does not check this port.

You may have blacklisted your IP address, can access it from another wan IP

I have found the cause.
I already have port 5001 opened for another IP address.
Works fine if i disable that rule.

Glad to see the issue has been resolved
