I have been having some problems recently with my control panel. I used to be able to access the server through my FQDN remotely.

However, when I attempt to connect to it now. I get the error: ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR (in Chrome)

I have tried this in other browsers to no avail.

I can connect to the server locally, but I like to be able to access the control panel remotely.

If you need any more information let me know.

I am using the 3Cx supplied FQDN.

Can't? I mean even if the certificate is expired you should be able to acknowledge the warnings and connect. Can you connect to the SSL port of the PBX locally?

Yes I can access locally through the local IP but when I attempt to use the FQDN anywhere it will not work.

If you click the SSL certificate, what domain was it issued to on what date?

So you can access via the local IP on the SSL port? So https://localip or https://localip:5001 . But judging on the error I would try running the firewall check to make sure your port forwarding didn't change.

Hello @OrangeEEM

Do you have an active maintenance on your licence key? Also what PBX version are you running? You can see the exact build number on the Dashboard, under the Information column next to the licence version. For example 15.5.15502.6.

Sorry for the late update, we ended up backing up the settings and reinstalling the system. It has been working flawlessly ever since. Thanks for the help everyone!
