Cannot Connect voip provider

Hello,

I have 2 voip providers. Iconnect and Vono (in Brazil). I have installed the phone system and the extentions can talk to each other ok.

However I am not being able to register to any of my voip servers.

in the line status I get this messages:

In the server status I get not registered.

I can use sipphone in both accounts with success.

I am using this info at iconnect:
proxy: netrelay.deltathree.com
port 5060
registrar: netrelay.deltathree.com
port 5060
stun server: blank
stun port: 3478

In the vono the data are:

proxy: vono.net.br
port 1571
registrar vono.net.br
port 5060

What is the info you get in the server status screen? This information is more useful because it contains the errors that might have occurred.
