Cannot download newest Mac Desktop App on 3CX Server

We have 3CX running on Linux V18 U7.

It always says "Update downloading" and the window disappears without any error message.
Installed MAC Version: 18.12.416
Available Server Version: 18.12.425

Windows Desktop App could be downloaded without any problem.
Is there a log file with more detailed information ?

The old Mac version ist compromised! Deinstall it! After that use the PWA or webclient untill the fixed version is online.

On the MAC Clients I already uninstalled the old Desktop App Versions.
Now I want to download the newest Client on our 3CX Server so the clients can download the Version 18.12.425 (with new certificate).

We have checked a couple of cases so far, and saw:

- One case where the antivirus was blocking the download of the new app
- Another where the server connection was slow and the download times out before it completes

When downloading the .dmg file from here https://www.3cx.com/blog/releases/v18u7-desktop-app-electron/ its working fine.
So i dont think its an DNS Blacklist Issue either.
Our 3CX Server uses the same Internet Connection (100Mbit) so that should not be the issue. As said the Windows App downloaded multiple times before with no issue.

window disappears without any error message

I saw this on all our clients' servers...it flashed up and immediately disappeared. The Windows app, which I downloaded first, was fine. The MacOS app did that until I reloaded the page in my browser, after which it worked fine. At least for me I don't think it has anything to do with Mac vs Windows, just the order in which I did them.
