cannot install service pack 5 on 3cx version 12

when i try to download and install service pack 5 on 3cx version 12, after download, it says microsoft management console is running and needs to be closed, but the 3cx itself is running the microsoft managemnet console so it cannot be closed, i tried running the web admin interface which cannot download and apply the service pack, and the service pack is not avaiable for download on the 3cx download website, so what can i do?

btw i am running 3cx on windows server 2008 r2 x64 sp1

i resolved my own issue by going to the web download linnk and download the sp5 myself to install. thanks for your care.

For your information... Normally when it says the management console needs to be closed - the option of OK closes the management console and finishes the installation...

Not sure what options you were presented with... Glad you found another option.
