Cannot login

So when I go to the web console page and enter my credentials it does nothing. Eventually it will time out with "Server Error". I know it is the correct password because when I use a bad password I get incorrect password. I have tried from many different IP addresses so the IP is not blocked and all services are running. Help! I also tried the forgot password option and that didn't work.

I'm running the Linux version.

Try rebooting the server. The service might not be running.

Also, keep in mind that it takes up to 10min to fully boot up and be available on the web UI.

Robooted 2 times and its been a few hours with the same result. All services are running.

Can you use a different browser to get in? Can you SSH, is that how you are rebooting?

I've tried Edge, Chrome and Firefox. I can SSH no problem.

Hi @miket4972

Is this hosted online or a local server? If local how are you accessing it, via the local IP of the machine?

When you SSH in you can run sudo 3CXStopServices and then sudo 3CXStartServices to see if you get any errors when the services start up again.
