Solved Cannot parked or pick up parked calls

Ok Im not new to pbx programming, i found the dial codes *0 to park and *1 to pick up, and I see the first call parked on SP0.
I go to another phone and try to retrieve the cal *10 and I get not found and ring busy?
am I missing something.

Easy way, if using supported phones configure the dss keys - program as shared parking

ok great that will work if all phones have many buttons, but how do I get the dial codes to pick up?

Shared parking is best used when each desktop phone has (for example) 3 SP Bays each, they are meant to be used this way as you can see when the bay is occupied. BLF's on a soft client work quite well also.

When parking a call using orbit parking you can do so by transferring the call to *01. When picking up the call you need to dial *11.
Orbit parking cannot park calls to Shared parking spaces (SP) as they are separate services.
