Solved Cannot "Regenerate" extension

When attempting to us the Regenerate option to reset an extension and prevent smartphone and web access we are getting a popup window error stating "Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

Never mind - this behavior appears to be caused by having a custom template being used with an IP Phone.

This is what i wanted to mention as well since custom templates can cause this issue.
