We recently upgraded to v20 and now we cannot add BLFs to existing or new extensions. IE: We created a new extension (1504 in this case), it's online and working. However, when we went to add BLFs (one at a time per phone is tedious - please restore multi-edit soon) only a few extensions (not the ones in this group appear). What are we missing (other than extensions 1501-1507)?
