Cannot send or recieve fax

We have just set up 3CX Version5.0.3790.0 for a customer but we can't fax to work.

This i what it looks like when we try to recieve an incoming fax:

Same problem when we direct incoming faxes to an ATA-box and when we try outgoing fax through ATA - 3CX - VoIP provider.

Any ideas?

I have exactly the same problem! FAX simply not working.
I receive

Call is terminated

and busy signal on caller side.
