Cannot upgrade V15 to V15.5 for later to upgrade to V18

I want to use 3CX again and has not used it since v15, which has been running with out use for years.
So I can see that I need to upgrade version 15 to version 15.5.
So I backup v15 and uninstalled
After Installation of v15.5 I select WEB setup.
But here it stops with an error so I cannot continue:
DNS resolution failed: activation.3cx.com Fix DNS problems and press 'Next'

But activation.3cx.com is not a valid DNS anymore. So how to proceed?

Thanks for the link, but this only works if you are on 15.5 and I am on 15.0
So my problem is to come from from 15.0 to 15.5.

I don't think you'll be able to.

I would try taking a full backup and restore it on a brand new v18 install to see if it works.

Otherwise, you'll need to contact the 3CX Support so they can modify the file to fit the requirements of v18.

V15 to V15.5 will no longer work as activation.3cx.com is no longer available to install 15.5 and restore the backup. As @ConceptsWeb advises, we offer a paid service ( upgrade conversation assistance), from which we can upgrade your backup file to a version that can be restored to the latest version, 18.

This process can be initiated by emailing [email protected] first to take you through an upgrade readiness and compatibility check and advise on any potential installation issues before committing to it.
