Cannot Upload Backup During Installation

Hey guys,

I'm attempting to move our 3CX installation from a 2012 R2 server to a new 2019 server. However, during the installation on the new server, I cannot seem to upload my backup file. I click "Upload", select my zip file, then nothing happens. It just sits there. The file is about 5GB and I've left it over night already with no success.

The backup is of version 16.0.507 and I'm using the latest V16 setup file located on their website.

Any help would be appreciated!

Downloaded Chrome, set as default, and it worked right away.

Always use Chrome.

Not sure what you were using - but I have had best success with Chrome on the Phone UI and 3cx UI.
Firefox should work... even the very new Edge chromium browser should work... but I default to Chrome for anything related to the PBX.
