Solved Can't connect when failover IP is active

Hi,
18.0 (Build 939), Microsoft Azure, Local SBC
I have 2 service providers, Comcast (Main) and RCN (failover).
When the main fails then the system (Unifi UDM-PRO) switches to RCN.
3CX can not connect when on RCN, all the phones flash showing they are disconnected until COMCAST is restored.
I have set both the COMCAST IP Range and RCN IP Range "Allowed" in the 3CX blacklist.
Also, set the FQDN/IPv4.
I don't see in the UDM-PRO logs that 3CX was blocked.
I can access my 3CX Dashboard.

Any thoughts?

Maybe the UDM is not closing the state from the SBC that's going over the comcast WAN? So when the failover happens, the UDM is still trying to send the traffic from the SBC over the wrong WAN.

To test this theory, a simple reboot of the UDM when on failover will either fix or not fix the issue.
