Solved Can't connet to 3cx online ( free account ) from ip phone

I've tried all the Preparation Methods
but still can't connect ip phone to 3cx online
Please help

note:
my ip phone yealink T21 E2
i has try with local 3cx and it succses
Lan cable is normal
Internet is active
i can connect my android phone to 3cx

You mentioned that you were able to provision the Yealink IP phone locally, how are you trying to connect it now? Via SBC or STUN? Where is the phone in relation to the machine hosting 3CX?
