I use flowroute with the latest version of 3cx. I can dial international land lines within the same country code, but it seems when I dial cell phone I get a busy.

For example,

If I dial
+41 43 816 22 11 it goes through fine. This is an airport. In the call logs it says I dialed
+41 43 816 22 11.

Now, if I dial
+41 79 193 08 53 the call does not go through. However, if I check the call logs it shows the number as 011+41 79 193 08 53. Its adding a 011 at the front, so I'm not sure if this is the problem or not.

Anyone know what would cause this?

First off, check that your outbound rules, and your e164 settings are formatting outgoing calls correctly. The fact that there is a 011 and a +, would suggest that something is not correct. Normally a dialled + will be replaced with the international prefix.

If calls to land lines, of one country do work, (your provider accepts the digits as sent), but mobile numbers do not work, then it may involve call costs. Some provider allow you to block calls over a certain cost. There may be a maximum cost pre-set, that you must then change to allow calls. Check with your provider.

You nailed it. It was my provider blocking calls more than .20 cents a min. I whitelisted that country and everything works. Thanks for the help.
