Hi all, this has been an issue for a few years but I guess nobody has noticed. When you try to edit the hours in SIP Trunks -> [trunk] -> General tab -> "Set up Specific Office Hours for this trunk" (at the bottom), once you have actually set the hours, you can't edit it. You have to delete them and start again, even though there are buttons there for changing the hours, but the mouse cursor changes to a prohibited sign when you go to click OK, which indicates that you're not allowed to change the hours. The only way is to delete them and put them in again. Is there any reason why the mouse cursor should have this action applied?

It's been noticed and mentioned, just not changed =/

I know the dev guys have a stack of things on their plate, but would this one be a pretty quick and easy fix to get it ticked off the list?

It looks like they changed it little by little but these buttons but without adding a concrete "edit" button

Maybe a 3CX support will help us

There's a lot of small weird things in Console, this one is included in, there's no other way than delete and create a new range, nothing can be modified.

Hi Peter,

indeed for date entry (including schedules) you must delete the previous one before entering a new one. It cannot be edited.

Thanks John, that was already made clear in previous posts. We're trying to bring it to the attention of the support team so that they can fix it as it has been like this for quite some time and it has been brought up a number of times previously.
