Can't join Webmeeting session - meeting not found

I can't join a webmeeting session

After updating my 3cx phone client for windows in the latest version
I can't working with videos conferences
3cx windows client redirect me on my server with a web access to create conference
but after creating the webmeeting and try to join the webmeeting using the generated link
I got this error message "Your name... Meeting not found."

My 3CXPhone Version is 15.5.6989.2 and it's run on a Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard

Somebody can help !!!

-Since SP2, meetings older than 7 days are automatically cleaned up from your PBX. If you had a meeting that was concluded 7 days ago, it was likely deleted.
-Make sure you haven't deleted the meeting yourself.

If the above isn't the cause of your issue, please restart your 3CX System service and check whether the same link now works or not.
Let us know how it goes.
