I have been trying to log in to 3cx via the local IP/ port. I get to the login screen. It asks for a log in name or extension. I have that information. When I hover over the login button, I get a circle with a red X in the middle. I have checked all of the services. I have disable the firewall and virus protection. I cannot get to a point where I would enter the password. Please help.

Super confused here. The login field and the password field are right next to each other. You have to fill out both before you can login. Otherwise you get that behavior although I get a slash instead of a red X but that is probably browser specific.

Password field is right below the username/extension field:

Thanks for the reply. I was not able to click into the 'user name' box and thought that label referred to the box below (because I could not enter data into it). I changed browsers and can click in there. I should have tried that first. Thanks again.

That makes sense. What browser were you using before? Just for reference should someone stumble across this thread.

I first was in IE (not Edge), then in Chrome. It does say that it's supported by Edge, Firefox and Chrome. I don't believe it says IE, though I don't recall having an issue previously. Chalk it up to pilot error.
