I moved my 3cx backup from my local server to google cloud today and i registered one of my ip phone (grandstream GXP 1610) using fixed IP adress of the VM created with the PBX Express tool.

My extension was perfectly registred and i can received calls, but i can't place calls even to another extension or outside (i am using voip.ms trunk).

I also configured my 3cx app on IOS and provisionned with the same extension and i can both receive et place call, so my outbound rules must be good... Why my GXP-1610 can't call ? I get 603 DECLINE as soon as i am trying to call....

Thanks

The activity log will tell you why you can't call. Since you can't make extension to extension calls it has nothing to do with your trunk or outbound rules.

Did you change the provisioning for your phone - from Local to STUN or SBC?

Also, is the extension authorized to use STUN?

Under Options -> Disallow use of extension outside the LAN (Remote extensions using Direct SIP or STUN will be blocked)

This must be unchecked. The app works because it uses the tunnel which works differently.

Yes the "Disallow use of extension outside the lan" is unchecked. I don't use the auto-provisionning.

I am programming directly the public adress of the VM in the ipPhone.

Is there any chance that my FQDN was changed ? If i look in network parameter - FQDN, the adress in this field is my old "serveurssb.3cx.ca" and now i am using the public adress of the VM... Can i change that ?

You can try using the FQDN but I don't think it will make a difference. I would rather check to see if there's a config issue.

You can try provisioning the phone with the template included in the PBX and see if that works for you.
