Can't make outgoing calls from CISCO ATA 186

Hello,
I try to use 3cx system version 7 with cisco ATA 186 with SIP firmware ATA030201SIP050616A.zup. I can see ATA status regestered and get incoming calls. Moreover, I can call to another extension (such as the 7912 Cisco phone) but any other outgoing call terminated with authorization error:

Do anyone have any ideas what's the problem?

I suggest using an ATA that is supported and much easier to setup, for example Grandstream or Linksys ATA's...
