Can't Post in Ideas

Does anyone know the required privilege level to post in ideas. Would like to post a feature suggestion but it says I have insufficient privileges.

Thats unfortunate, what is a premier customer, we are partners and customers of 3CX (we use the system for our office phones on a professional license). Eventually we plan to hit the higher levels on the partner side, but there is a feature that I think has lost us a couple of sales that other companies offer.

can someone with level propose the following idea

1. currently there is no way to bulk delete call reports through the management console

I have repressed all those reports, and the only way we found to delete them is by terminal
every time someone deletes a report, the page automatically refreshes and returns to the beginning

Premier is 64SC or more

3CX is prioritizing ideas from their more profitable sales - resellers at x level, clients who bought x size. It make sense - a popular idea (something that drives sales) will end up there without a doubt.

Thats disappointing from 3CX. What you're saying is a polite way of 3CX saying, "pay us more money or we don't care" Thats a good way to discourage the use of the service by small to mid sized businesses.

How do you figure? Are you assuming the majority of 3CX customers go direct to 3CX? If so, how you would expect to to achieve higher partner levels like you stated earlier? You weren't here when the ideas forum was open to all and it would be cluttered by folks who either couldn't read, couldn't search, or both asking making redundant requests or folks that decided that morning they wanted to sell 3CX or install 3CX and asking for stuff that is ridiculous. Now 3CX has weeded out the garbage so legitimate requests vetted by folks experienced with the product as well as people who have actually PAID money have a say in the direction. Everything is pay to play, even open source products.
