Hi all
I have managed to provision Cisco as well as softphones no problem but this SNOM 821 is giving me a lot of bother. I tried using autoprovision with DHCP option 66 and it picks up the settings but doesn't work. I've tried manually configuring, that doesn't work either. It is giving me an authentication error even though I know everything is correct. Here is log from 3cx:
