Can't Restore

I have the back up files but the restore button is greyed out (V15). Tried putting the file path in the search bar but still nothing. Any clues??

It seems only backups created since I reinstalled will show and un grey the restore button. Does anyone know how to show backups from the previous install of v15?

Try copying your backup into the default backup location and see if that works. the default location is C:/ProgramData/3CX/Instance1/Data/Backups
