Hello,
We are having an issue where we cant seem to send welcome emails for newly created extensions.
The extensions do receive voicemail emails, and I can send welcome emails to existing extensions without issue, and if I change an existing extension to the info for the new user, it sends without issue.
So from what I can tell there is just some odd issue with sending welcome emails for only new extensions.
We are running version: 16.0.3.676
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thank you,

Do you mean that it doesn't send automatically when created? This is under Settings -> Email -> Notifications.

Can you send it manually or not?

Also, do you see anything in the activity log?

It doesn't send automatically or manually unfortunately.
Nothing in the activity log when searching the term "Welcome" or "Email".

In the Activity Log, click Settings and put the logging to Verbose.

Then, try to send the email. You shouldn't have to search anything, the smtp logs will almost be the first thing in the list.

Are you using PBx Admin login or user with admin rights?

Hello,

If you are sending the welcome emails to email addresses that were not yet created on the mail server, and the 3CX SMTP server got a failed delivery response, then that email address will be blacklisted for a while on our SMTP.

When using the 3CX SMTP, please ensure that the mailboxes you use can accept emails first.
