Can't setup 3cx on Samsung J1 mini Prime

I have a Samsung Galaxy J1 mini Prime that I want to use as a soft phone on the 3cx system
But when i go to the welcome email to setup the up, the phone does not recognize that the app, which is already installed on the phone

Hello @Christo Viljoen,

Gmail app released some updates lately that blocking 3CX config file. As a solution try Total Commander App or QR provisioning.
