Hi,
I recently changed an active setup of 3CX from Local to Remote -> SBC system and upgraded from v15 to v16 at the same time. I factory resetted the phones and they appeared on the panel through SBC. All provisioned without a problem. (Tough I can't manually provision Vtech VSP600 phones, since custom template doesn't allow SBC selection on the provisioning page of the extension.)
Now the system is working; but I can't upgrade the firmwares for Yealink T19-P-E2 phones. Installed firmwares are 53.83.0.55 and the new firmware is 53.84.0.95. When I send upgrade command through the 3CX panel, the phone light blinks for a couple of times but does exactly nothing. No reboots, no upgrading message, nothing at all.
I also tried to manually upgrade from the phone interface, with the file I downloaded from Yealink's 3CX firmware web page (which is to be the exactly same version appears in 3CX console); but still to no avail. The reaction of the phone is the same. Light blinks for a couple of times and that's all.
By the way there is no firmware folder present in 3CX main server.
