Cant upgrade my 3cx

HI All

I am having a problem trying to upgrade my 3cx:
i am currectly on V20 update 4, when i go to system and then update it keeps telling me that i am up to date and i know i am not as i am getting license problems.
Can someone point me in the right direction on how i fix this problem.

I have rebooted the server and restarted the services, i have checked the permissions on the 3cxpbx-testing.list file, i have checked that the server can get to the update servers.
VM server is 2vcpu and 4gb ram and 30gb drive.

Please note that if the system is still running v20 Update 4, the reported behavior can occur because the system is unable to reach the 3CX Activation Servers.

If you are unable to update the system through the Admin Console, the available option would be to create and download a complete backup of the system, deploy a new instance using the latest 3CX ISO, and then restore the backup to the new deployment.

This way, the system will be running the required Update on a fresh environment.
