Running on debian using 15.5.0.

I've successfully updated system prompts in the original Uk English Prompt Set using the Browse and then select a local file for upload. However if I copy the prompt set and use my own name using the 'Manage Prompt Sets' button - which I would have thought would be better practise, I can no longer upload using the Browse button...

Is this a bug, or is it by design? (I know I can update/change the files in the Instance area on the server..)

Hello @Craig Fisher

You should give your own name to a copied prompt set so you can tell it apart. Once you do you should also be able to use the browse button to replace files. Make sure your new prompt set is selected as the Active prompt set. If you still face the issue try restarting the PBX services and see if that works.

Same issue here. Restart does not help. Tried on a few instances - no joy. Had to manually upload and replace the file, which is a pain.

What PBX version are you running? You can see the exact build number on the Dashboard, under the Information column next to the licence version. For example 15.5.15502.6.
