Cant use Headset and Handset with RJ22 spliter - Fanvil X5

Hi,

i'm using a Fanvil X5 IP phone in my office,
sometimes i need to connect Headset to let someone listen to my conversation.
i'm using a RJ22 spliter with 2 side connectors (one is MUTE for Headset and the other is normal for Handset)
we allways use this option with other phones (snom 300)
I tried to connect in every optional way but it cannot sync and i can hear only from my handset or only from the headset.
i cannot find anything online to solve it.

probably a RJ22 cabling problem that does not correspond between brands , so surely Fanvil need its own cable

So 3CX has no bearing on a physical splitter, you'd want to talk to Fanvil about that. Otherwise the 3CX answer to your question is to use the 'Listen In' feature which you may need to upgrade your license for.
