Since SP6 users can't control their desk phones in the web client (the phone control selector is red). We have not turned on the WebRTC beta feature as most of our users are accessing the web client inside an RDP session. We really prefer not to have users trying (or even attempting) to make calls through an RDP session. Most of their computers don't even have speakers and mics.

We had to turn the beta feature on so they could see their desk phones again.

Reading that made my head hurt.

So you are saying that CTI to your handset is not working when using the webclient via RDP, but when you enable the web soft phone it starts working? What handsets? And so say control in your subject but then you say when you turn on the beta feature they can see their desk phone again. So with the beta feature off they can't select their handset (if they have multiple) or they can select it but it doesn't perform call functions?

Hello @pentasys1

Also a little confused here. When you enable the beta feature on do the IP phones appear and made available for control? What IP phones are you using?
