Solved Cant use webclient

I have one hosted installation of 3cx. I can't use webclient. I can use it only from one IP address. Where can I find settings that will allow to use webclient from any IP address?

The webclient is always avaiable from any ip when its hosted by 3cx. Hosted 3cx what does this mean? hosted by 3cx, hosted somewhere else by you? Whats happens when you try to reach your webclient?

Hello @aromanowski,

Did you restore a backup with console restrictions on your Hosted by 3CX installation?
Please PM me so we can schedule to remove them as this will need a restart of the PBX services.

Management console restrictions removed and webclient can be reached from any IP.
