Can't work with 'create_fwd_profile' in C# API

I try this sample . create the same extension , but the forwarding rule never change . why ?

C:> OMSamples.exe create_fwd_profile

extensions > choice 'extension' > edit > forwarding rules .... never change

Help! Any idea ?
