someone has configured the cdr in active socket, what software do you use to receive the records?

What do you want to do with the records? You need a program that will listen for and accept the incoming 3CX connection attempt. There are 'terminal' type packages that will do this, for example YAT. However if you want an easy way to capture/save the CDRs then I created a program called CallVitesse that will do this. Download/documentation is here.

Can deffinatly vouch for CallVitesse in combination with CallSeq , works like a charm and a ton of programming options to get the right data you need.
