CDR files: Header row

Hello,

I would like to ask if it is possible to add a header row containing the names of the CDR output fields in the CDR files. In CDR settings I select the following: Separate files for each call

In the case of this mode, fields are not entered in a row. You need to get the fields names from the CDR page. You can, however, reorder them or remove fields if needed.

If you need help parsing the CDR files, I encourage you to take a look at our 3CX Exporter tool that can automatically parse the CDR files and put the data into a SQL or MySQL database.
