Certification (Advanced)

Hello,

I would like to take the test for Advanced certification (I already have Basic and Intermediate)
However in https://customer.3cx.com > Certification. "Take test" button is not active for Advanced Test.

I am sure I am logged in with the same login (email) that I used to take previous tests.
Any other reasons why this can happen?

Also, i do not know if it is related, but I have purchased two Pro licenses - but my profile still shows "Free user"

Please, advise how can i reach the Advanced exam.
