Hello
@Hasan_,
Please note that 3CX Hosted instances don't have CFD support. In order to use CFD apps, you will need to move your instance to a self-hosted or on-premise installation.
Another option you have is trying
SIP Caller, a cloud based outbound call dialer that seamlessly integrates with 3CX and works with Hosted by 3CX instances too. The only feature from SIP Caller that you will not be able to use in this environment is the "predictive dialer", i.e. adjust the calling pace to the number of agents available in the queue. But you can run "power dialer" campaigns without limits. Not sure what kind of campaigns you need in this case.... If you need to interact with your users automatically (play prompts, collect DTMF inputs), then a power dialer is a perfect fit. If you need to transfer the calls to a queue, then you will need the predictive dialer, otherwise you will be making more calls than what you can handle, or your agents will be free more time than what you would expect....
Also, you should note that a CFD app will only give you the ability to make a call, but you need to implement all the business logic behind that, for example working times, retry handling, etc. And with the CFD app you will have absolutely no report about what's going on with the dialer. On the other side, SIP Caller is a fully featured, ready to use solution, which will give you everything in a user friendly interface, including campaign management, reports, and much more.
Let me know if you want to learn more.
