CFD - Office Hours & Out-of-Office Hours

Hello,

We have been using the CFD for quite some time now.
Some of out PBX'es have been upgraded from v18 to v20.

In v18 we had setup out office hours. Working like a charm.
When upgraded to v20 they seem to work nog longer.

When i setup a opening time like 08.00-12.00 everyday and on the CFD i choose 3CX Office Hours it doesn't work anymore.
The CFD only checks for opening/closing times and depending on that transfers it to a "Call handling" part on v20.

What am i missing here?.

There is just one department; DEFAULT.
On the Call Processing Script page the CFD is set to "System Wide" so i quess that's not the problem?

That's the problem. There are no system wide times anymore. They are all tied to departments.

Tie the CFD program to the department and the time control should work.

You're right. It doesn't seem to work with the current v20 u2 anymore, I just tested it, just for you.

It worked with one of the previous v20 versions. I'll have to try and see what's different now. Maybe someone else can say something about it.

Ohhh wow. That is sick. That a user needs to tweak stuff in the tools provided by 3CX to get things going..
Another drawbacke comparing v20 with v18.

Thanks.! I've changed "Office Hours" to just day and time for now. I can't make these changes for +60 PBX'es and hope it will work one day

oh, bad
