Change Caller ID info on Display

Howdy,

I need to know if this is polycom setting or a 3cx setting. When I receive an incoming call, on the display of the phone I see the following:

CallerNumber(DIDNumber:CallerName)

Is this something I can change in 3CX or Polycom. I would like to have it display CallerNumber - CallerName

I think it is in 3CX

Settings - General - Global Options - Add Queue, Group and DID Names to Caller ID (Un-ticked)
