Solved Change in CID / DID function between V16 and V18

I am fairly sure that in V16 , when you added a CID rule it automatically put it above the corresponding DID rule. In V18 it adds it after the DID rule which means it wont trigger. Is this correct?

Just move it up using the button. I'm pretty sure they simply get added after the other rules, whatever they are.

Any change in expected behavior will cause problems, I've already had to explain this change to 2 other techs.

I can confirm that in both 3CX V16.0.8.9 and v18.0.1.237 adding a CID rule will automatically add it at the bottom of the Inbound Rules list of that specific SIP Trunk.
