In version 9, when someone left a voicemail we used to get a notification that looked like this

Since we upgraded to the version 10 (with the service packs), we now get this
New Voicemail from 3177703521 - 3177703521
I cannot find anywhere to change this, and customers are requesting not to have the number show up. Also in the from field the phone number the call came from precedes the email server which creates and invalid address

Again I do not see a place to change this.
