Change NFR to free

I am giving up being a reseller.
Is there a way to convert my NFR serial number to Free?
I have no support tickets available to ask there.

Sorry to hear that. But the process would be pretty simple. Register for a new free key and then swap out the keys:

To go from an NFT key to Free you will need to get a new free key as @cobaltit suggested but you will need to backup the system without licence and FQDN un-install and re-install using the backup you created and the new key. If you wish to use the same FQDN you will also need to release your FQDN from the NFR key. NFR keys cannot be replaced through the management console.
