Change Phone Status

Hello Team,

I have custom request from the call center manager to have custom statuses on the soft-phone ,

But unfortunately I can change only the last two statuses but Do Not Disturb , Away and Available seem not to be changeable and you cannot add extra options,

Kindly advise how I can go about this to add extra statuses and also change existing ones

It was the case that you could have 2 x custom status's on the 3CX Client, but this has been replaced for Available/Away/DND and business trip.

I would suggest doing one of the following:

Currently only statuses "Lunch" and "Business Trip" can be changed while the rest of the statuses are set. I would recommend posting this as a feature request to our ideas section of the forum https://www.3cx.com/community/forums/3cx-ideas/ . All posts are reviewed by their corresponding Departments and, if feasible and voted for by other users as well, may be implemented in an upcoming service pack or update.
