Change Ringtone on Desktop App

Can we please have the option to change the ringtone on the desktop app,

One of our customers is a support desk and need to differentiate who's phone is ringing.

Also the ability to have a ringtone for Queue calls that is different for users direct calls.

This was already proposed in 2017 with 200+ upvotes, but still did not happen.

Bonjour, toujours pas de news pour la possibilité de changer la sonnerie.
Avec une utilisation de 3 CX sur une journée complète, celle-ci est agressive avec plusieurs collaborateurs dans un sac ouvert, difficile de savoir quel poste sonne ?
