Change Specific Prompt for specific trunk

Hello, I want to do two things:

1- I want to change the Dest_NA prompt for a specific trunk, don't want to change it for all.
Is it possible?

2- If it is not which I think is not, then in that case instead of recording the Dest_Na can I just point that Dest_NA prompt to busy prompt for that specific trunk

To first clarify, when you say DNA, do you mean Out of Office routing, if yes, where is it currently routing to?

If you just want to have a SIP Trunk and it's DIDs play a specific prompt when Out of Office, you can just create an IVR with that prompt and then point all Out of Office routing of the DIDs you want to it.

Hi Chris, Thanks for replying.
Actually what I want is that when the number of simultaneous calls exceeded its limit, I want the prompt would say that the number is busy instead of destination not available.

What exactly are you currently hearing? Are you sure this is an prompt generated by 3CX? If you are referring to the 3CX Sim Call limit, then what you should hear is this:

"License limit - number of allowed calls has been reached. Contact administrator"

Is this what you're hearing?
