Change system promps to spanish

Hi,

Im trying to change system prompts to spanish, I tried to download it from system prompts settings but its not working.
I also tried to download and then reboot the system, but nothing changed.
We have a Pro license and PBX version is 18.0

Hi @etrullols,

You would need to go into the Settings page of the Management Console and select "System Prompts"
Then, click "Manage Prompt Sets"
Select "Spanish Prompt Sets" as the active prompt set and click OK.

However, if you have any prompt sets applied in your extensions or queues, digital receptionists etc, you may need to go and select this as the active prompt set for those as well.
