Solved Change the System Prompt: license_limit.wav

Hello !
I have made a custom prompt set and saved it. It is the default now.

I now need to change the license limit prompt:

LL

license_limit.wav

License limit - number of allowed calls has been reached. Contact administrator

How can I do this properly without messing up my custom prompt?
I see these options:
'Play by Phone' 'Record by Phone' 'Browse' 'Manage Prompt Sets'

I tried 'Record by Phone' but it did not save my new recording.

Please note that if you have already recorded your custom prompt, make sure that you restart the 3CX Services and then listen to the prompt to make sure it has been saved.

What is the best way to restart?
I see this:

Change Hosting Status
Running​

Reboot

We are trying to restart your instance gracefully. If the reboot doesn't complete within 90 seconds, the instance is forced to reboot. This can lead to file-system corruption.

But that scares me!!!!
