Solved Change User Name?

Hi there,

I've just installed and set up 3CX for the first time, but I'd like to change my username to log into the management interface. I'd also like to add a user to the management interface. But I can't find any section relating to users. Is this not an option?

Hi Peter,

Admin username is configured under

Settings -> Security -> Admin Credentials.

To setup 'other' users, you need to configure extensions to have web management permissions;

Extensions -> (Pick and extension) -> Rights

Inside rights, enable 'Allow access to 3CX Management Console'

Then define which rights you wish them to have.
