Changed IP Address

We recently moved internet services on our corporate network to a new provider which changed our static IP. We had limited access to the management console to only our (old) IP and now we are locked out. How do we get it updated?

is this system onsite or hosted? if you can access via the internal IP address of the host you can likely get in locally. or maybe if you're self hosting online VPN into the host and access still from local IP?

hmm, you may have to open a ticket. there is no ssh or root access to those systems.
