Changing Custom parameters

Hi,
I'm trying to change some custom parameter but every 24 hours the values are back to the old one.
I'm trying to change SEC_IGNORE_USER_AGENT to remove SipReg v1.0 so my old Paging Gateway stay connected.
Has anybody tried to change these value?

I haven't tried changing that value but I've changed other values without issue. Are you on v16 and are you subscribing to the global blocklist?

it is like the server is connected to 3CX and keeps updating the values with the previous ones

Well the server is definitely connected to 3CX and that parameter might be one they update from time to time due to security implications

I have this old CyberData Paging gateway that uses SipReg v1.0 can't get it to work unless I remove the SipReg v1.0 from the SEC_IGNORE_USER_AGENT

Yep, I understand that, just not sure how to make that change stick. I'd open a ticket with 3CX.
